National Corporate Housing looking for an experienced Guest Experience Coordinator. This individual will help to set up and break down corporate apartments, maintain vendor relationships, and handle all customer service issues. The selected person needs to have a professional image, strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities:
- Model branded exceptional customer service.
- Respond promptly to inbound calls and emails from customers and market associates in order to clarify, confirm and support customer service response needs.
- Communicate with guests to facilitate arrival and departure directions.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with Apartment Community partners, vendors and internal clients.
- Liaison for National coordinating vendor deliveries, Pickups, setups, Setups and installations.
- Effectively collaborate and communicate with all vendors to facilitate response to customer service requests.
- Advocate for the customer’s needs through consistent follow up and follow through of service requests.
- Demonstrate flexibility and creativity in response to a fast moving and ever-changing work environment.
- Maintain accurate records of daily completed and outstanding tasks.
- Review customer service surveys with supervisor to resolve issues or look for ways to improve the experience.
- Maintain a 95% and above in our customer survey score average for both move ins and move outs.
- Prepare personalized move in gifts. Track and order inventory to create move in gifts.
- Organize administrative follow up processes/tasks related to identifying customer needs and fulfilling service requests.
- Assist with preparing units and/or delivery of requested items to guests as needed. Requires occasional travel within the market.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively to manage and prioritize workflow.
Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Technical or Business Degree preferred
- 1-3 years of business experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- MS office skills
