The Oasis is an Adults Only Boutique Hotel with 130 individually designed and remodeled rooms.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Cleans and vacuums approximately 15 rooms a day
- Conducts am and pm room checks to determine the status of rooms
- Loads GRA cart with all cleaning supplies and linens
- Dusts and cleans all furniture, picture frames, mirrors, windows, baseboards, carpet edges, inside and outside door panels, door ledges, and thresholds
- Cleans under bed skirts, desk, and behind night stands
- Checks and replaces all missing items in rooms such as hangers, ice buckets, hair dryers, brochures, and stationery
- Cleans and ensures bathtubs, showers, ledges, sinks, vanity shelves, toilets, and vases are spot and dust-free
- Sweeps, mops, and swifts all bathroom floors
- Performs all other job related duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Outstanding communication and active listening skills
- Highly responsible and reliable
- Ability to work flexible hours
Education/Experience:
- At least six (6) months of previous cleaning experience
- Working knowledge of cleaning equipment, supplies, and chemicals
- Previous experience working in a similar hotel setting
