Job description
We are looking for a responsible and reliable Make Ready contractor for our Properties! We are looking to hire someone who is able to make our homes feel fresh and clean for new tenants including repairs and maintenance.
We are looking for someone who has their own transportation and preferably their own tools.
Duties to include:
- Fencing, painting, tile work, plumbing, basic electrical, drywall/patchwork, shoe mold, etc.
$14 - $15 hourly
Responsibilities:- Making necessary repairs, painting, cleaning, pressure washing, maintaining the grounds, and more
- Work alongside other professionals, as they tend to electrical repairs, plumbing issues, or other more major issues
- Communicate and update direct reports
- Maintain an efficient work ethic
- Must be able to maintain focus on tasks at hand
- Must have your own transportation
- Having your own tools are preferred
- Must be able to abide by our Core Values
