Aquatic Creations is a leading landscape company specializing in hardscaping projects. We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Hardscape Foreman to join our team. If you have a passion for creating beautiful outdoor spaces and leading a team, this is the perfect opportunity for you.

Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of hardscape technicians and laborers to execute high-quality hardscape projects.
• Oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of various hardscape installations, including patios, walkways, retaining walls, and other outdoor structures.
• Ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with client specifications and company standards.
• Train and mentor team members, providing guidance and support to ensure their professional growth and development.
• Collaborate with clients, landscape architects, and other stakeholders to ensure project success and client satisfaction.
• Manage project logistics, including equipment and materials procurement, scheduling, and site preparation.
• Adhere to safety protocols and ensure a safe working environment for the team.
• Maintain and operate hardscape equipment and tools.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in hardscaping, with demonstrated experience in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of hardscaping techniques, materials, and industry best practices.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, designs, and project specifications.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills to effectively manage and motivate a team.
• Proven track record of successfully completing hardscaping projects on time and within budget.
• Ability to operate hardscape equipment and tools.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
