About the opportunity

As the Vice President of Marketing, you will identify and optimize new channel opportunities and design, and drive strategy resulting in new client acquisition and retention of existing clients. To achieve this, you will develop and execute best-in-class marketing programs, events, partnerships, and marketing nurture journeys. The remit of this newly created role is vast across partnerships, social, outbound calling, events, and communications.

What you'll do:

  • Lead a team of talented marketers across North America and the Philippines
  • Own, drive & execute the North American marketing strategy
  • Take ownership of marketing leads through best-in-class execution of strategy
  • Lead the partnership channel & framework including identifying key partners, and driving activities that result in value for our clients and partners
  • Leverage social platforms to drive thought leadership and tell the TOA Global story
  • Attend and provide leadership over in-person & virtual events
  • Create and execute comms strategy & plan for North American existing client market to reduce churn and increase NRR
  • Create impactful nurture programs to improve conversion rates from leads to opportunities
  • Build strong relationships in North America Growth team & beyond as a trusted and strategic business advisor
  • Constantly evolve and explore new creative approaches, channels and ways of working

About you

You are a results-driven senior B2B marketing leader that loves a fast-paced environment!

Key to success in this role is your ability to review and optimize data & campaign performance, drive clear metrics, accountability, and strong partnerships with the sales team & your own marketing team. In addition you will have:

  • Experience in accounting or finance industry (essential)
  • The ability to move between strategy development and hands-on execution
  • Deep experience in B2B demand generation (15+ years experience in a demand generation/growth marketing role)
  • Strong leadership experience and an understanding of how to get the best out of your team (10+ years experience in marketing leadership roles)
  • Tertiary qualifications in Business, Marketing, and Advertising (highly regarded)
  • Experience with CRM system such as Hubspot, Marketo, Dynamic 365

Salary: $140,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
