What you’ll do:
For your Integrations Program to be a success you will interweave with people at all levels in the company and teams throughout CareRev including engineering, sales, implementation and more! The resulting integration platform will support our CareRev Professionals and Facilities in streamlining their daily operations.
- As the Program Manager for our HealthCare Integrations program you will define the strategy, roadmap and execution plans for the program.
- Work closely with CareRev customers to gather requirements for their integrations, resulting in integrations that can be used with multiple technologies.
What we’re looking for:
- You are an expert at simplifying the complex and collaborating with multiple stakeholders
- Executing amidst ambiguity: Structuring the problem, defining the roadmap and metrics, iterating rapidly through experimentation, and delivering value to our customers.
- Manage expectations about projects, know what needs to happen next, what's done, who's doing what
- You understand web/internet/data technologies to be able to drive technical conversations with Engineers
- Understand commonly used hospital business systems such as Kronos, Workday, Epic, etc.
- Experience facilitating meetings with a mix of talent ranging from Engineers to Executives
- You can drive decisions around scope, time, cost, resources, quality, and risk
- Clear and succinct writing and communication across non-technical and technical stakeholders
- Working backward from our customers to understand their needs
- Data-driven: Experience defining metrics to track the success of your programs
- 5+ plus years of experience integrating data systems
- Up to 30% travel to customer locations (ie. facilities)
- COVID-19 vaccination required

Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods of sitting and/or standing at a desk
- Prolonged periods of working on a computer
- Repeating motions that may include the wrists, hands and/or fingers
- Ability to lift up to 15 pounds of work equipment
- Ability to set up home office to include desk and chair
