This position is responsible for recruiting, hiring, training, and managing our Care Professional workforce.  The ideal candidate needs to enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and have a desire to build our workforce of wonderful employees.  This ideal person should have Recruiting or HR experience as well as be sincerely interested in the development and success of others in a fast-paced and growing organization.  This is NOT a remote position.

  • Full-Time 8 hour shifts with a 1 hour lunch everyday – normal hours are Monday-Friday 8AM to 5PM

Primary Duties:

  • You must enjoy recruiting and hiring! Each week you will hold phone, virtual and in-person interviews as well as 1-2 Orientation classes on helping new employees be ready for elderly care in homes.
  • The Recruitment and Retention Coordinator is the primary person for all caregiver inquiry calls.
  • Creative marketing techniques for recruiting new hires needed.
  • Phone and virtual hiring skills along with social media understanding are important for this position as weekly advertising of job postings is vital.
  • Responsible for managing prospective hires through our applicant tracking software system.
  • Conduct applicant phone and 1:1 virtual interviews in an efficient and professional manner.
  • Weekly training of each hiring group which is inclusive of Orientation, Personal Care, and Mobility Training.
  • Collect all hiring paperwork and enter new hires into database system.
  • Work weekly in retention efforts of new hires for the first 90 days.
  • Work in partnership with the Scheduling Department to coordinate employee schedules with an emphasis on creating high-quality matches and extraordinary relationships.
