Experienced HHA/PCA in Nassau County, Long Island

Full time - Stable Long Term Case

Roles:

• Must have availability ( weekdays and/or weekends )
• Must have a New York State certified Home health aide / Personal care aide certificate
• Must be COVID vaccinated
• Must be legally allowed to work in the United States

Other responsibilities:

• Preforming ADLs
• Food prep
• Light housekeeping

• Valid HHA or PCA certificate
• Must have COVID vaccine
• State issued photo ID
• Resident card or US Passport
• Social Security card
• Physical, including height, weight, pulse,blood pressure ( performed within the last 30 days)
• PPD or chest x-ray ( performed within the last 6 months )
• Rubella and Rubeola titers ( performed within the last 5 years)

Pay: $17.50 - $20.00 per hour
