Job Description:
Certified nursing assistants or CNAs work with patients of all ages and abilities. The type of patients you care for will depend on where you're employed and any specialized skills you've developed. You should be able to communicate well with team and family members to build strong companionship and friendship.
- Record data collected and care provided.
- Monitor the health conditions of patients and ensure quality services provided
- Promote positive, supportive, respectful communication to patients, family members, and other team members/superiors.
- Perform or assist patients with personal care activities as prescribed in the plan of care, including but not limited to hygiene, mobility, and elimination.
- Maintain a safe working environment by adhering to all facility and department policies and procedures.
- Keep the environment safe and clean for residents and our resident's confidential information.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Clear and effective communication skills.
- U.S. Citizen or permanent resident.
- Physically capable of lifting or twisting another individual (at least 40 pounds).
- Able to pass a background check in accordance with state regulations.
