Job description

Seeking PTAs to join our home care team to treats patients in their own homes, based on the Medicare part b outpatient model as prescribed by their doctor.for both staffing Home Health cases and under Medicare part B services.

  • Licensed PTAin the state of FL
  • Has at least one years of appropriate experience as a physical therapist assistant. Community/home health experience is preferred.
  • Can commit to a minimum of 5 cases (10 hours a week).
  • Complies with accepted professional standards and practice.
  • Possesses and maintains current Liability Insurance.
