Job Description:

We are looking for full time registered nurses for skilled home health care for patient visits in Groveton, Texas Trinity County. You will be visiting patients where they live in their home setting and will be providing a variety of care depending upon the patient's needs. With many more positions and locations available.

• Groveton, Trinity County
• Cleveland, Liberty County
• Splendora, Montgomery County
• Goodrich, Polk County
• Crockett, Houston
• Jasper, Jasper County

Shifts & Pay:

$1500 weekly gross ($38) depending on experience

Mileage reinbursement between patient visits

Day Shifts

Weekends

On call once a month

Experience:

1 year Home Health experience required

Wound Care experience required

Oasis experience preferred

Strong documentation ability

Field visits experience preferred

Adult patient experience preferred, could be post surgery patients

EMR - Kinnser preferred, but not required

A mimimum of 2 weeks on the job training will be provided.

Required Licenses/Certifications:

Texas RN License

BLS (Via AHA)

Covid vaccination required

Reliable transportation and car insurance in nurses name
