• Prior professional experience in a call center or similar high call volume type environment.
• Experience answering multi-line phones.
• Experience using two-way radio and proper radio etiquette.
• Prior customer service experience.
• Computer experience and skills to use keyboard to access data, perform basic troubleshooting.

• Must be available (flexible) to work variable shifts, days, overtime, and/or additional hours (holidays and weekends included) for a 24 hour per day, 7 day per week operation.
• Available to go through a minimum of a four (4) week training program.
• This position may be subject to a criminal background investigation, drug screen, Live Scan fingerprinting, medical evaluation clearance, and functional capacity assessment.
