Hospitality Coordinator
St. Paul of the Cross Passionist Retreat & Conference Center is hiring a Hospitality Coordinator but what we’re looking for a “
Captain of Concierge” who is able to anticipate customer needs, coordinate with staff, prepare for future functions, and keep track of important information. The Hospitality Coordinator will be the first face and voice that visitors and retreatants will encounter when they arrive at our facility. In addition, you’ll work with our team to finalize and communicate event details to participants prior to and after each event, support our volunteers, prepare materials, fulfill orders, and recommend improvements. The ability to assist guests with audio/visual equipment is a plus. We’re expecting that we need between 20-30 hours a week. Future growth would be to the management of our small gift shop.
