POSITION OVERVIEW

The Hospitality Management Recruiter is responsible for attracting and fulfilling all field management level, salaried, exempt positions that support MasterCorp’s business goals across the country. The purpose of this position is to perform full cycle recruiting by identifying and engaging with a high caliber and diverse workforce, to supply our HR Business Partners and Hiring Managers with a slate of high-quality candidates.

****THIS POSITION IS A CONTACT TO PERMANENT, MINIMUM OF 2 MONTHS CONTACT RENEWABLE FOR ANOTHER 2 MONTHS OR CONVERSION TO PERMANENT DEPENDING ON PERFORMANCE.****

EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION

  • Bachelor’s degree in a field directly related to position or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Minimum of three years of full life-cycle hospitality or service-related recruiting experience developing and executing fully comprehensive sourcing/recruitment plans
  • Experience meeting time to fill, quantity, quality, and internal hiring goals
  • Experience working a fast-paced environment where multiple projects are the norm
  • Experience using social media tools for attracting, marketing, engagement, networking, and sourcing
  • Experience with iCIMS or an equivalent Applicant Tracking Systems

OTHER QUALIFICATIONS

  • Ability to develop strong working relationships with leaders and peers within the organization both within and across geographical markets
  • Ability to manage a high-volume of requisitions
  • Excellent consultative, presentation, facilitation and influencing skills and outstanding attention to detail and results oriented.
  • Ability to maintain confidential information and work as a team player

  • Demonstrated ability to consult with internal clients about talent needs; design and execute recruitment strategies around those needs
  • Proven ability to support/interact with senior-level management.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Collaborate with Hiring Managers and HR Business Partners to develop a strong understanding of the department culture, business strategy and talent profiles to deliver on the hiring needs of the business.
  • Conduct in-depth screens and assess potential candidates for level of interest, qualifications and salary expectation.
  • Drive and manage the candidate experience throughout the selection process and new hire on-boarding.
  • Continuously develop business knowledge of company and departmental objectives, industry and key corporate challenges, and current market dynamics.
  • Develop search strategy, including creating a target list of competitor companies, identifying names of passive candidates and forecasting the time frame of the search.
  • Employ innovative sourcing channels to convert hard to find passive talent including social media, resume mining, diversity resources and networking.
  • Demonstrate ability to attract, influence and convert hard to find passive talent through key attraction and employment opportunities by understanding MasterCorp and/or segment specific landscape, competitive demographics, and employment value proposition.
  • Manage full life cycle recruitment including sourcing and building robust external pipelines.
  • Demonstrate a working knowledge of the business by connecting dots for translating business need into executable staffing plans.
  • Establish credible, respected long-term partnerships.
  • Manage searches with an emphasis on time management and organization inclusive of recapping strategy meetings and developing recruiting plans and strategies.
  • Effectively source passive candidates and build talent pools in anticipation of future open positions.
  • Use competitive intelligence and industry knowledge to research and identify new recruiting channels.
  • Keep MasterCorp engaged with social media to increase our ability to source talent.
  • Enthusiastically serve as a strong ambassador of the MasterCorp brand.
  • Facilitate interview and hiring discussions with interviewers and hiring managers. Drive offer process, including extending offers, closing candidates, and generating offer letters.
  • Report and analyze results of recruiting processes and sources.
  • Assist with onboarding new hires as needed.
