*General Manager of the AmericInn Motel & Suites Grand Forks ND* The General Manager of AmericInn Hotels & Suites in Grand Forks, ND will provide day-to-day leadership for the property and staff. This position will ensure consistent delivery of product quality and service. This person must demonstrate effective leadership, drive strategic sales and marketing initiatives for the property, and ensure compliance with corporate and brand standards. Maximization of profitability, guest satisfaction and team development are key success factors in this role. *Duties & Responsibilities*: · Hire, train, and manager hotel staff including guest relations, front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, and security. · Able to delegate, give direction, and set priorities with support and guidance of the company management team. · Serve as brand steward and manage the hotel operations in a manner consistent with the requirements of the management contract, franchise agreement, company policies and federal and state laws. · Engage local clients to develop and grow guest relationships to build the customer base. · Develop a comprehensive knowledge of all market segments and management strategies. · Interact with all organizational levels including associates, guests, vendors, clients and members of the community. · Proactively identify and resolve issues. *Requirements: * *Education: * Associates Degree with a focus on hotel administration and sales or Bachelor’s degree preferred Years of hotel management experience will be considered in lieu of degree. *Experience: * Minimum two years hospitality requested Supervisory experience required *Skills and Abilities*: Confident self-starter Relationship-building orientation Problem-solving and conflict resolution approach Attention to detail *Salary Range: * US $55,000.00-US $60,000.00 / Year beginning Salary plus benefits Applicant must possess a valid driver’s license in the current state of residence and provide proof of automobile insurance coverage. *If you possess the skills, we are looking for then we invite you to apply today!*
