Our organization is seeking an experienced House Manager to join our growing team and strengthen existing services throughout our facilities. The House Manager is responsible for ensuring that all tasks related to cleaning and maintenance are completed in a timely manner, and will ensure that the team follows a comprehensive set of housekeeping standards. This position is also crucial to improving our services by conducting regular employee evaluations and encouraging employees to develop new skills and abilities.

Responsibilities:

• Organize group living arrangements.
• Maintain a clean environment.
• Maintain schedule of meal times and clean up after meals.
• Maintain the current schedule of activities.
• Ensure that members are adhering to the house rules.
• Ensure that house bills are paid and funds are managed appropriately.
• Arrange events for the members of the house.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.50 - $21.00 per hour
