Barra tacos + cocktails in Sandusky, OH is looking for an experienced Back of House manager. In this role, you should have a diverse set of skills. Those skills include: culinary knowledge, leadership, conflict resolution, attention to detail, physical stamina, and financial understanding.

The duties included in this position include:

• Product ordering and evaluating inventory
• Meeting restaurant objectives by controlling food costs and BOH labor
• Maintain guest satisfaction by ensuring recipes are followed, evaluating, and auditing food quality and consistency
• Hiring and helping train new employees when necessary
• Maintain a safe, secure, clean, and healthy environment
• Perform small kitchen maintenance and repairs not requiring the attention of a professional service personnel
• Ensure food quality by checking dates and temperatures
• Effectively manage all components of BOH to ensure the highest standards are being met at all times
