Job description
Responsibilities will include but may not be limited to handling inbound calls, Podium texts, quote request forms and setting sales appointments. Reviewing and confirming booked moves customers, sales and operations team. Registering orders in our order management system. Regularly updating customers on the status of their move and confirm payments due with drivers and customers. Verify all paperwork is in order and upload the docs to our order management system and/or Home Office. Follow up to ensure our customers had a Best in Class 5 Star experience and are willing to refer us to their friends and family.5 years of experience in the moving industry is required. Detail oriented person with customer service and coordinating experience. Needs to be hard working, reliable, dedicated, trustworthy and accountable to coworkers and customers.
