HOUSEKEEPING / ROOM ATTENDANT

The Addy Sea Historic Oceanfront Inn is looking for a dedicated individual to be part of our legendary housekeeping team. As an Inn dating back to the early 1900’s this historic property prides itself on offering our guests the cleanest and most comfortable rooms and suites. Our housekeeping crew truly work as a team to make sure we exceed our guests’ expectations. As an added perk, many of our rooms have direct views of the ocean - not a bad view at work!

Key Functions

Greet all guests and provide a warm environment

Clean guest rooms and common areas according to Inn standards

Change linens, towels, and other amenities.

Clean and polish furniture and fixtures

Clean and maintain dining rooms, parlors, great room, etc.

Notify GM about needed repairs .

Practice safe work habits including use of cleaning products

Ensure overall guest satisfaction.

Perform other duties as requested

Requirements:

Previous housekeeping experience preferred but not required

Flexible working arrangements can be accommodated. Work schedule may vary but will may include working on holidays and weekends.

Requires standing for extended periods, walking, pushing and pulling, kneeling, lifting up to
20 pounds and use of cleaning chemicals.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
