Since 1990 the Front St. family of companies has been a leader in mental health support services in Santa Cruz and Monterey County. We are proud to be an integral part of a system that provides housing and mental health services for over 300 consumers. This position will be located in Monterey County. Our facilities specialize in providing services to adults with mental health disabilities while promoting healthy living and wellness in a spectacular setting. This is a full-time position with medical, dental, vision and 401k benefits offerings. On-Call and Part-Time positions also available.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates planning and performing all housekeeping activities, tracks supplies and coordinates purchasing of housekeeping supplies.
• Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
• Maintain cleanliness of all resident quarters, common areas, recreation rooms, storage areas and staff offices.
• Perform laundry services as needed.
• Maintain equipment in good working order at all times.
• Maintain knowledge and compliance with Title 22 and all applicable regulations, including facility upkeep.
• Teach interested residents, basic housekeeping and laundry skills.

Qualifications:

• Must be able to pass a criminal record clearance.
• High School diploma or GED; one year experience providing consumer care to dependent populations may be required; or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
