**DESCRIPTION**

Provide exceptional personal care
Assist with ADLs (Activities of Daily Living)
Maintain cleanliness and order
Engage residents in activities and social interaction.
Exhibit our core values of SERVICE, INTEGRITY, DIGNITY, EXCELLENCE and TEAMWORK at all times
Maintain records

**REQUIREMENTS**

MUST have a big heart and be willing to work in an Assisted Living Setting with individuals w/ Alzheimer’s & dementia
Ability to Lift 50lbs
Transportation (Must have a car)
Open Availability/ Flexibility
Must be great with team and management.
