The Oaks at Pleasant Gap, a personal care and independent living community, is actively seeking candidates for a Housekeeper position. This is a non-supervisory position that performs housekeeping tasks in accordance with daily work assignments or as assigned to ensure the community is maintained in a clean, safe, and comfortable manner.
Duties include:
- Housekeeping services include but are not limited to: cleaning resident rooms, including furnishings; cleaning bathrooms and tub/shower rooms; cleaning public areas; cleaning walls, ceilings, windows, floors, stairways, and elevators; cleaning dining areas; and other spaces as directed.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- One year of commercial housekeeping and/or laundry experience preferred.
- Ability to push, pull, lift or move a minimum of 50 lbs.
