If you have an obsession for cleanliness and enjoy working with a team, you could be our next Housekeeping Supervisor at Woodland Hills Home2 Suites by Hilton. Being a successful housekeeping supervisor takes a blend of custodial knowledge and management capabilities. You must take personal accountability for the cleanliness of each guest room and set a good example for your team. Excellent communication skills are essential to being successful in this role as you will be working with multiple departments to ensure guest satisfaction.

You must have flexible scheduling availability to include mornings, evenings, weekends and/or holidays.

Job Requirements:

• Inspecting guest rooms to ensure brand standards are met
• Manage supplies inventories and place orders
• Training new housekeeping staff based on hotel policies and standard
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Performing well in a fast-paced environment
