The Janitorial Supervisors will supervise and support our cleaning & disinfecting operations at the exciting WinStar World Casino in Thackerville, Oklahoma.

$17.25 to $18.00 Hourly + Bonuses + Tips + Company paid MEC Health Care + PTO + 401K + 5% match

We are looking for dynamic Supervisors who will provide support, training, and customer service needed to continually represent and uphold our standards.

This location operates 24/7 – you must be flexible to work - including weekends.

• Job Requirements:

· Prior janitorial or housekeeping experience

· Prior supervisory experience

· Great customer service skills

·Great verbal communication skills

· Prior experience with interviewing and hiring candidates

· Ability to supervise 10+ people through other supervisors and leads

· Prior experience doing schedules, communicating with clients, and overseeing work

· Must be a well-organized self-starter

· Perform daily inspections to ensure quality control
