Loews Hotels at Universal Orlando is Now Hiring a Housekeeping Quality Assurance/Training Manager for their High Volume Resorts!

Job Description

• Responsible for ensuring all new and existing Housekeeping Team Members are trained to provide consistent service by maintaining complete adherence to all Loews Hotels standards related to the housekeeping function.
• Responsible for interviewing, hiring, on boarding ,training, & developing Housekeeping Team Members.
• Presents and conducts introduction to Housekeeping training sessions for all new team members.
• Develops and conducts training to promote staff development for all housekeeping team members. Monitors and maintains new hire and on-going housekeeping training programs.
• Works directly with the Housekeeping Leadership team to provide ongoing efficiency analysis & support with the re-training program.
• Consistently provides praise, coaching, & feedback to Team Members. Fosters a culture of inclusiveness through diversity.
• Assists current Team Members interested in career progression and transfer process – cultivates strong partnership with Talent Acquisition

• Facilitates safe work practice training, including but not limited to: back safety, proper posture, lifting techniques, & tools & equipment available to assure compliance

Required Qualifications:

· Requires an Associates degree in related area*

· Minimum 3 years experience as a Housekeeping Managerin a similar operation or equivalent experience

· Professional presentation skills

· Thorough working knowledge of hotel operations, AAA and housekeeping standards

· Excellent communication and organizational skills

· Able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays

· (*or with 5 or more years related experience)

Preferred Qualifications:

· Bi-lingual (Spanish/Creole)
