Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated, self-directed HR Integration Specialist who will be accountable for managing Total Rewards due diligence during the M&A process and post-deal integrations. Reporting to the Compensation and Benefits Manager, the HR Integration Specialist will also be responsible for data and job analysis, day-to-day Total Rewards administration, and will service as the subject matter expert for our compensation management system.
To succeed in this role, the HR Integration Specialist will rely on their attention to detail, critical analysis, organizational and problem-solving skills. They will demonstrate a high commitment to quality and will have the ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. As a member of our HR team, the HR Integration Specialist is expected to work collaboratively across the organization to help manage our technology related Total Rewards needs.
In this role, you will:
- Oversee the integration of Total Rewards processes throughout the M&A process, serving as a key point of contact between HR discipline leaders, local HR leaders and internal stakeholders to support and expedite an exceptional transition experience for new team members.
- Lead in-depth due diligence during the M&A process related to all HR disciplines including health and welfare benefits, compensation, retirement plans, training and development, HR operations, talent framework, and recruiting
- Assist with the implementation and daily management of our compensation management system, including the administration of our compensation structure
- Partner with the HR leadership team to assist in the development and communication of our compensation philosophy
- Help deliver the annual performance management cycle, including preparations for annual increases and incentive pay
- Participate in the job design process, including the review of both existing and new positions for internal and external equity
- Assist with job description development
- Collect data on payroll outputs, engagement surveys, employment records, and exit interviews
- Analyze HR metrics regarding workforce efficiency and impact, recruitment practices, engagement, turnover, and compliance, including the development of strategies to be presented to senior management
- Compile reports and analyses and present key findings to senior managers
Skills/abilities:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred
- A minimum of two years’ experience in a similar role
- Experience using human resource management systems (HRIS). Experience with UKG preferred
- Can work as a self-directed project manager, able to prioritize and complete work on time without active supervision while still knowing when to ask for help.
- Previous experience with M&A activity preferred
- Experience using a compensation management tool such as Payfactors, PayScale, or CompAnalyst preferred
- Familiarity with HR operations, such as hiring, payroll, and employee benefits and compensation, as well as US labor laws preferred
- Excellent research, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Extremely proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; Advanced Excel skills a must
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to summarize complex analysis and develop recommendations for an executive audience
