Role and Responsibilities
- Based on understanding of business strategy, anticipate future talent needs and direct talent sourcing and talent intelligence actions.
- Drive creative sourcing strategy, build staffing success through social media, development of our brand and innovative staffing initiatives that maintain our leading edge.
- Perform difficult staffing duties, including dealing with understaffing, refereeing disputes, firing employees, and administering disciplinary procedures.
- Identify and anticipate client’s openings and opportunities and recruit, interview and select applicants.
- Plan, direct, supervise, and coordinate work activities of employees and HR Administration.
- Plan, organize, direct, control or coordinate the personnel, training, or labor relations activities of an organization.
- Manage periodic meeting with the client to guarantee excellent services and align new strategy, future projects and opportunities.
- Represent organization at personnel-related hearings and investigations.
- Prepare or maintain employment records related to events such as hiring, termination, leaves, transfers, or promotions.
- Make engagement with the client organization and maintain metrics, scorecards and reports align with the client operations.
- Interpret and explain human resources policies, procedures, laws, standards, or regulations.
- Create and discuss performance evaluation and project goals with all employees.
- Hire employees and process hiring-related paperwork.
- Inform job applicants of details such as duties and responsibilities, compensation, benefits, schedules, working conditions, or promotion opportunities.
- Address employee relations issues, such as harassment allegations, work complaints, or other employee concerns.
- Maintain current knowledge of Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) and affirmative action guidelines and laws, such as the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).
- Maintain and update human resources documents, such as organizational charts, employee handbooks or directories, or performance evaluation forms.
- Select qualified job applicants or refer them to managers, making hiring recommendations when appropriate using DDI.
- Ensure all company practices are in accordance with standard operating practices (including but not limited to; I-9 compliance, w4, w2, & 1099.
- Ensure the whole staffing process is in compliance.
- Building close working relationships with the HR Leaders (clients, hiring manger) of business and their teams.
- Document and maintain all candidate and client information in systems using our internal tool
- Contribute as a positive member of the staffing team, supporting team members and assisting others in their success, all other tasks assigned.
Qualifications and Education Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources (Preferred).
- Minimum 3 to 5 years in Human Resources experience with strong staffing and compliance experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to make sound business decisions in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to develop strong interpersonal relationships and appropriate rapport with all levels within client organizations, candidates, internal colleagues and management.
- Proven track record is required.
- Bilingual (Spanish and English Preferred)
- Ability to deliver results with little supervision in an often ambiguous environment with capacity to effectively manage multiple projects and candidates simultaneously.
Preferred Skills
Administration and Management — Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, human resources modeling, leadership technique, production methods, and coordination of people and resources.
Customer and Personal Service — Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.
Personnel and Human Resources — Knowledge of principles and procedures for personnel recruitment, selection, training, compensation and benefits, labor relations and negotiation, and personnel information systems.
Sales and Marketing — Knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling products or services. This includes marketing strategy and tactics, product demonstration, sales techniques, and sales control systems
English Language — Knowledge of the structure and content of the English language including the meaning and spelling of words, rules of composition, and grammar.
Clerical — Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems such as word processing, managing files and records, stenography and transcription, designing forms, and other office procedures and terminology.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $27,000.00 - $29,000.00 per year
