Lovering Auto Group, including NH's largest Volvo dealer, as well as Best Auto Dealer in Concord, Nashua and the Lakes Region by Best of Surveys for well over six years, is looking for a Full-Time Payroll / HR Administrator to join our team out of our Nashua location. Key responsibilities:

• Process bi-weekly payroll in accordance with company policy and procedures
• Prepare bi-weekly, monthly, and annual payroll-related reports
• Conduct new employee orientation, training, and development
• Process monthly payroll commissions and accruals
• Assist with monthly accounting accruals
• Coordinate and plan company events
• Update and maintain company policies & procedures manuals as well as training manuals

Job Requirements:

• Previous experience is strongly preferred, but not required
• Excellent writing, interpersonal and oral communication skills
• Ability to multitask - you will often have many things in the air at once
• Ability to act with integrity, professionalism and maintain a high level of confidentiality
