Title: Human Resources Assistant (Hourly/Temporary position)
Temporary position duration: Approximately 3 months
Hourly rate: $18.00 per hour
Shift: 7:30am-4:00pm
Days off: Saturday/Sunday
Work Location: Human Resources- Front Office Reception
Job Description: This position will provide assistance in the Human Resources office by performing a variety of duties including but not limited to the following: providing customer service to New Lisbon employees and guests at the HR front office window; answering a large volume of phone calls; responding to emails; performing general office duties such as filing, scanning, copying, and data entry; mail pick up and distribution; pay check distribution; assisting the Recruitment and Leaves units as needed; and various projects as assigned by the HR Manager and supervisors.
Preferred experience: Prior HR experience preferred but not required; customer service and MS Excel experience preferred.
