An energy and utilities client is looking for an HR Project Coordinator who will help provide an excellent candidate experience at their Testing Center located in Irwindale, CA and across multiple communication channels (email, phone, Teams, etc.).

Location: Irwindale, CA 91702 - Hybrid
Position: HR Project Coordinator
Pay: $23.73/hr. on W2
Duration: 4 months or longer
NOTE: Prefer someone that is local to the area (San Gabriel Valley) and able to commute to Chino, Alhambra, Westminster, Tulare.


Day-to-Day Responsibilities/Workload
The role will help provide an excellent candidate experience at our client’s Testing Center located in Irwindale, CA and across multiple communication channels (email, phone, Teams, etc.). The job will also entail working occasionally at their Training Centers (Chino, Alhambra, Westminster, Tulare) to support their Lineman, Groundman and other physical testings.

Required Skills/Attributes
We are looking for someone that has some background in HR, is a quick learner, customer/candidate experience focused, understands confidentiality/privacy, and has a high aptitude/desire for technology. This is a temporary/contract role with great exposure and opportunity to be a part of a dynamic team. Specifically looking for folks with high aptitude to learn technology, professional, customer center focused, and very adaptable. Also, communication skills are very important. 0-5 years of experience.

Desired Skills/Attributes
Prefer someone that is local to the area (San Gabriel Valley) and able to commute to Chino, Alhambra, Westminster, Tulare. We are looking for someone who is looking for long term contract. Bachelor's degree.
