Responsible for researching, developing and implementing effective recruiting and staffing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified individuals for the organization. Also, will help direct retention initiatives.
Key Responsibilities/Duties
Recruitment process to include:
- Managing recruitment initiatives
- Maintaining job advertisements/postings
- Conducting interviews with department managers
- Completing required background, reference checks and job offers
Onboarding process to include:
- I9 completion and record management
- Managing and organizing new employee orientation
Retention process to include:
- Exit interview management
- Completing other retention efforts as directed
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred (not required)
- 1-3 years of experience
- SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP preferred
- Prior experience in recruitment (preferably health care)
