HVAC/ Estimator/ Designer/Project Manager

Wisconsin Mechanical Solutions, Inc.is a locally based company in the Wausau/ Steven's Point area specializing in Commercial/Industrial HVAC/ Plumbing systems. We are dedicated to providing and servicing quality comfort systems throughout central Wisconsin. This is an exciting opportunity to be trained as an HVAC Estimator/Designer.

Job Duties Include:

• Estimating, budgeting, designing, bidding, and managing HVAC commercial and industrial projects
• Strategically scheduling and placement of the installation crew
• Ordering and purchasing equipment and materials, ensuring advanced preparation of all jobs
• Interacting with clients and general managers throughout the duration of jobs and completing projects within budgeted costs and time.

Qualified Candidates will have:

• An understanding of Commercial/Industrial heating and cooling systems is helpful, but not necessary.
• The desire to learn to Estimate/ Project Manage $30,000.00 up to $6 million-dollar projects
• Good work ethic.
• Possess strong computer skills including Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
• The ability to lift up to 100 lbs.
• A valid drivers' license and an insurable driving record

Benefits Include:

• Salary $60,000 to $95,000 depending on experience and qualifications

Pay: $60,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year

• Construction management: 1 year (Preferred)
