Responsibilities:

- Responsible for assisting Technicians through Technical issues on a variety of HVACR equipment.
- Making sure that all Service Technicians are properly trained.
- Help Service Technicians out in the field when appropriate.
- Assist with training and making a training schedule.
- Review all service invoices daily, this includes comparing time sheets to the invoices and spot-checking pricing. Make sure that the Service Technician detailed the invoice in a thorough manner so the customer understands the service rendered and that the problem was taken care of.
- Responsible for determining and assisting service inventory policies and pricing.
- Make sure that all service vehicles are clean, stocked, running properly, etc.
- Customer service concerns.
- Other tasks as assigned.
Skills and Experience:
- Valid Driver’s License.
- Good communication skills.
- Must be willing to undergo an MVR and background check.
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
