• Title: HVAC/Electrician
• Status: Full Time
• Pay Rate: $24.00/hour

Job Responsibilities:

• Repairs, upkeeps, and performs preventive maintenance on all HVAC systems – residential, commercial, and commercial kitchen.
• Completes work orders as assigned in a timely, professional, and efficient manner.
• Repairs and solves HVAC problems, including items such as changing out electrical fixtures, cleaning fan coil units, and installing and troubleshooting residential appliances/systems.
• Safely operates and repairs all equipment and mechanical devices, coil units, and other equipment as assigned.
• Assists in maintaining minimum working stock of parts.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum two (2) years of experience in the HVAC trade or maintenance related experience.
• High school diploma/GED required.
• CFC Certification required
