Your Role and Responsibilities
IBM is looking for a senior IBM Tririga Consultant with experience developing, scoping and delivery of enterprise TRIRIGA solutions, and with managing all aspects of the project related to systems and technology and their specific application for the client.
- Manage multiple workstreams, prepares meeting minutes and status reports, and interface with stakeholders to ensure strategy and execution are aligned with defined objectives.
- Excellent conflict resolution skills.
- Experienced at establishing and maintaining effective working relationships.
- Experienced with the principles of full life cycle systems design, development, and deployment.
- Experienced with providing clear goals, responsibilities, and providing measurable performance and feedback.
- Excellent analytical capabilities and the ability to breakdown complex ideas into manageable pieces.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with both technical and non-technical audiences, including creating and presenting executive summaries to steering committees and other executive level leadership.
- Experienced with MS Office/365 applications including Word, Excel, Project, PowerPoint, Visio, Teams and SharePoint.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- Ability to engage and manage senior level client relationships.
- Hands on experience in all modules of IBM Tririga such as Lease, Capital and Space modules.
- Hands-on experience with TRIRIGA platform and application, including data migrations and/or integrations
- Understand the customer's data requirements and work with the client's resources to accurately architect and scope data integration/migration project tasks
- Proven track record implementing varying principles and techniques of project management, including the ability to develop and track complex project plans, manage risks, manage scope, and manage resources.
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
- Experience in managing project financials (budgeting, forecasting, tracking and reconciliation).
- Experience applying project management skills to application development and support.
- Knowledge of product development principles.
- Proven track record of managing complex relationships among customers and stakeholders on projects which have significant executive oversight.
- Proven track record in leading, organizing, and coordinating multiple work activities simultaneously across a matrixed organization.
- Proven track record in delivery of on-time, on-budget projects with a high degree of user satisfaction and quality.
- Proven track record of building coalitions among various stakeholders.

The compensation range and benefits for this position are based on a full-time schedule for a full calendar year. The salary will vary depending on your job-related skills, experience and location. Pay increment and frequency of pay will be in accordance with employment classification and applicable laws. For part time roles, your compensation and benefits will be adjusted to reflect your hours. Benefits may be pro-rated for those who start working during the calendar year.
