SPIRIT LIFTERS is HIRING an Individualial Home Support (IHS) Coordinator

• Range $19-$24/hour DOE
• Mileage and Phone Reimbursement (up to $70/month)

What will you do as an IHS Coordinator?:

• Maintaine Caseload of IHS Clients
• Assist with Annual Meetings and 245D Paperwork
• Write, Run and Create Progress Reports for 245D Goals
• Mentor/Train New Coaches
• Schedule in Therap/Maintain Service Agreements
• Provide first line of Contact to Support Teams of Clients

IHS Coach Schedule:

• 20-35 Hours M-F
• Flexibility to design schedule
• Daytime/Business Hours
