Our cashiers specialize in providing outstanding service to customers while running a register and working on the sales floor; ensures that items meet the required stock levels and presentation standards; and that cleanliness and safety standards are met or exceeded; greets customers in a friendly manner and suggestively sells products to help increase sales; makes effort to ensure that customers leave with a good impression of the Company and are likely to return.
Our Leadership team works alongside our Cashiers to ensure our customers receive the best customer service around. Our leads also take part in the training of new hires, checking store inventory, and several other tasks the management team might assign.
