Job Summary
The Implementation Consultant serves as a contact for our customers during the implementation and service experience. The position reports to the Director of Implementation. The Implementation Consultant works directly with AMN Healthcare Language Services customers and internal Account Managers to ensure a smooth implementation, consistent with a project plan. Service projects will also require collaboration with customers and Account Managers.
Job Responsibilities
- Assemble client facing equipment to be used for VRI services
- Serve as a point of contact for customers during an implementation or service project
- Partner with Account Managers to participate in customer implementation calls
- Analyze current process to optimize and increase efficiency -
- To include but not limited to: Gather product feedback from the customer and interface with Account Managers to resolve any open issues
- Ad hoc processes as needed; Implementation experience
- Clearly communicate the progress of all assigned projects to Account Manager and Director of Implementation
- Serve as an AMN Language Services product specialist
- Point of knowledge for customer support while working onsite
- Other projects as assigned by Manager
- Ability to lift client facing equipment - up to 40lbs
- 75% travel required
Education
- Bachelor's Degree or equal experience
Minimum Experience
- Excellent communication skills: written and verbal with internal and external customers
- Demonstrated project and time management skills
- Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines
- Detail oriented, highly motivated and able to work in a fast paced environment
- Client management skills, professionalism, and demonstrated self-starter
- Maintains customer and provider confidentiality
- Computer skills: Excel, Word and fast adoption of the SalesForce platform
