HIRING NOW! Consumer Contact Professional I (Inbound Customer Service Agent)

• Start Date: 11/14/22
• Training: Full-time & Paid 9 weeks - Monday-Friday 8a-5p
• Work Shift after Training: 9a-6p MTWF, Sa 10a-4p* (*+10% shift diff/increase on all Sat work hours = $22 hourly!)
• $20 hourly +10% shift diff/increase on all Sat work hours & Total Rewards Benefits Package after 30 days of employment!

OVERVIEW:
*As a Consumer Contact Professional (CSP), you will handle incoming calls from consumer customers providing outstanding customer service in a fast-paced call center environment. By using job knowledge and available information, you will provide answers to questions regarding bank products and services and assist in resolution of the customer's issue.
MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:
⦁High school education or equivalent required
⦁Excellent customer service skills and the ability to articulate and explain information clearly; excellent telephone communication skills are essential.
⦁ Previous customer service, call center, retail, service industry, sales, telemarketing, metric driven environments experience preferred.
⦁Must be able to perform data entry while multi-tasking, possess good problem-solving skills and computer abilities using multiple systems.
⦁Be able to understand and respond to customer inquiries in one or multiple product categories.
