- Competitive hourly range of $23.00 - $25.62 per hour plus Quarterly Bonus Program and spiffs.
- Eligible for a wage progression plan with pay increases every 6 months over a 3-year period.
- Monday through Friday schedule - 7:30am to 4:30pm.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Take inbound phone calls and emails from contractors and retail/wholesale customers requesting quotes or placing orders.
- Write up and process quotes and orders in a timely manner.
- Help customers as they come in to pick up orders.
- Communicate by phone or email with customers from the time of order to the time of shipment.
- Work as a team with other sales and operations people to hit sales goals and earn bonuses and spiffs.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School graduate or equivalent work experience
- Strong communication skills (verbal & written)
- Computer literate and proficiency in MS applications
- 6-12 months of sales experience, preferably in building products or DIY
