Inside Sales/Clerical

Started in 1954, C&L Supply, Inc. is a family-owned distribution company that serves independent appliance and furniture dealers in Arkansas, Kansas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Missouri, Oklahoma, Tennessee, and Texas. We strive to provide our customers with superior customer service through our sales approach and delivering our product on our private fleet of trucks.
RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES:
- Answer phone
- Communicate daily with customers via phone, fax, email, etc.
- Accept customer payments and apply to customer accounts appropriately.
- Make daily deposits.
- Prepare reports of daily business transactions.
- Works closely with vital departments such as credit, billing, shipping, purchasing, and salespeople.
- Perform daily maintenance of customer orders to ensure timely delivery based on customer demand.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School diploma.
- Experience related to Customer Service and high-volume calls.
- Proficiency in a Windows operating environment, including email and Microsoft Office software.
- Strong interpersonal skills and decision-making abilities.
- Effective and professional communication and organization skills.
- Strong conflict resolution skills.
HOURS / DAYS / SCHEDULE:
This is a full time, hourly position. 40 hours/week. Monday through Friday. Must be available to work evenings and/or weekends as needed.
