The Inside Sales Coordinator will provide best in class customer service to the customers of BWI Distribution. This position will enter customer orders and analyze sales and margins to achieve sales goals. The Coordinator will provide accurate and timely quotes and expert level information to customer inquiries. This position will work onsite at our Mechanicsburg, PA or Branchburg, NJ facility.
Main Responsibilities:

Provide best in class customer service to the customers of BWI Distribution.
- Customer order entry Analyze sales and margins to achieve sales goals
- Provide accurate and timely quotes
- Provide expert level information to customer inquiries product knowledge, lead-times, and programs & services
- Partner with Outside Sales to provide best in-class customer service & alignment
- Participate in Monthly & Yearly reviews Drive sales, revenue, and attain individual sales goals
- Work within and drive a team environment that builds respect and high performance
- Foster the cultural pillars of Our Purpose: We Help People Walk Through Wall
Minimum Qualifications and Experience Requirements:
- Minimum High School education or Post-Secondary Education (University Degree, College Diploma or equivalent) an asset
- Minimum 1 to 2 years’ experience in administration or customer service
- Previous experience in the home building supplies industry or manufacturing environment is an asset, as well as, Architectural / Commercial doors
- Must be flexible to work overtime as required at the discretion of the company (daily or weekends)
- Customer service orientation, complete customer focus, driven to meet or exceed customer expectations
- Ability to work under high volume & pressure situations
- Excellent math and measurement skills
- Able to interpret and disseminate information
- Must be Windows PC computer and internet literate; possess advanced word processing, database and spreadsheet skills with the following applications: MS Office Suite, Word, PowerPoint, Excel;
- Ability to change course/tasks based on the changing needs of the business – flexibility
- Ability to build technical/market/business aptitude: product literacy and key points of differentiation, knows our target markets and what motivates buying decisions, overall understanding of our business, marketing materials and industry jargon
- Detail-oriented, thorough, strong follow through, sense of urgency
- Ability to work effectively and cross-functionally with various departments throughout the company
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work well in a team-focused environment
