Position: Telephone Sales Representative

Commission Structure based on completed sales per month.

Required Qualifications:

• 3 years min selling high ticket items on the phone.
• 2 years min exp using HubSpot CRM or similar systems.
• 2 years min experience using either Google/Microsoft Suite
• Ability to work remotely and have reasonable access to Wi-Fi
• Must have excellent time management, organizational, and communication skills.
• Available to work Monday to Friday 9 AM – 8 PM and some weekends.
• Ability to work in a face paced, team environment.
• Experience with dogs or pet care industry is preferred.
• Self-motivated
• Must be well organized
• Have great time management

Job Description:

The ideal candidate is a motivated, organized and creative individual who welcomes the challenges of acquiring and developing new business, Through sales efforts you will build key customer relationships identify business opportunities and close business deals while maintaining some knowledge.

After onboarding our Elite Sales Reps go through training on our 2 operating systems so they are confident when moving on to speak with and book clients in for programs, take payments, and verify valid vaccine information as well as obtain waivers prior to dogs coming into our care. Training is paid for and done on site in Glastonbury, CT or by video calling.

Once initial boarding & training has been completed sales reps have the ability to work remote from home or come into the office.

For the first 90 days we do require our Elite Sales Reps to come in a min of 3 days a week, or join via video calling.

• Reaching out to leads (calling texting, and emailing)
• Client management
• Pre and Post program
• Manage client payments.
• Obtain and verify appropriate.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $32.00 per hour
