Sacramento Insulation is a privatly owned buisness in Sacramento and Morgan Hill. The 2 owners combined have over 50+ years in the business. We offer services to tract builders, Multi Fam, Commercial, Custom homes, remodels, additions and attic insulation to existing homes. We are professional and our goal is to contiinue to grow and add to our team. We are looking for the right Operatios Manager who is able to manage numerous individuals, is bilingual, knows how to problem solve and not afraid to pick up the phone as communication is key for our customers, the owners and to the installers.

We are seeking a talented, self-motivated individual who can work well under pressure, is detail oriented and has a strong sense of safety. The Operation Manager is tasked with the job of supporting the team by Managing the installers, keeping track of inventory, checking crews out / in daily, motivating and pushing the installers to get production rates along with ordering material and getting the trucks loaded and unloaded. And most important keep the crews safe by holding weekly safety meetings

The successful candidate will have experience with Residential / Commercial Insulation and will be able to create effective solutions to potential issues.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
