Job description
We are a Top Performing Preferred insurance agency that is searching for a Personal Lines and Commercial Ines CSR's and Account Managers. You will have the opportunity to grow within the company and encourage you to do so as we expand the company throughout the state.
This is a very busy office and requires a dedicated, driven, self sufficient, goal oriented personality. We will provide you with plenty of preferred leads that will keep you very busy and allow you to grow your income year in and year out. You will earn new and renewal commissions allowing you to increase your income annually.
As a Personal or Commercial Lines Insurance CSR/Account Mgr you will be processing endorsements, writing new business, answering phones, making courtesy calls, taking payments, re-quoting and cross-selling existing accounts, helping answer client questions, etc.
Minimum Qualifications:
Have P&C license with at least 2 years of experience.- You show up on time and work hard every day
- You know your way around windows computers, PL Rater, Carrier Raters, Windows 10, Outlook, etc.
- Amazing phone etiquette.
- Great people skills.
- Most importantly: Has a great attitude and is industrious
