Integration Specialist

Actum Processing is a boutique payment processing firm headquartered in Austin, TX. We specialize in ACH payment processing, with a leadership team that has decades of deep payment industry expertise. Actum Processing is seeking an Integration Specialist who is self-motivated, detail-oriented, and has a passion for bringing Actum’s product offerings together with SaaS companies across a variety of verticals.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years Customer Support experience at a SaaS company
• 2+ years of Client Onboarding or Implementation
• Experience in the payments industry (ACH is preferred)
• Familiar with APIs and custom integrations
• Experience using API, SQL & coding applications
• Outstanding time management and organization skills
• Reliable, flexible, resourceful, and thrive while working autonomously
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal required
