Interim NICU Manager in Wisconsin

A Hospital in Madison, WI is looking for an Interim NICU Manager to join their team

The Position

• The Interim NICU Manager is responsible for the oversight and day-to-day operations of the department, supporting a 45-bed unit.
• Reporting to the Director of Perinatal Services, this leader will oversee a team of ~100 FTEs.
• This leader will implement the new CSO scheduling model, they will provide oversight to staffing and scheduling, focus on safety, and mentor new department assistant manager and CSN.
• The ideal candidate will be a strong, visible leader who is capable of being hands on. Previous union experience is a plus.
• Must be available to start within 2-3 weeks upon acceptance.

Requirements

• BSN required; MSN preferred.
• Active RN license required.
