Pentair has a job opportunity for you! Join us as an International Customer Service Representative in our Roselle, IL Facility. You will arrange all export and logistic activities through accurately process all customer inquiries and order inquires in a timely manner.

More details about the opportunity:
· Establish and maintain a positive relationship with customers, freight forwarders and co-workers.
· Be available to service customers by phone & email from the start to the end of shift.
· Coordinate activities with the credit department, purchasing department, operation, and freight forwarders to ensure timely shipments of orders.
· Adhere to all U.S. Export Custom Regulations, Pentair’s import/export compliance requirements; customers import requirements and departmental procedures and processes.
· Maintain complete, accurate and well-organized export compliance record keeping files.
· Research and resolve customer concerns

Position hours/shift (Overtime Available!):
Shift: 8:00am – 5:00pm (1 hour lunch break)
