Internet Sales Assistant/ BDC Representative

Conicelli Autoplex is looking to expand our top-rated Internet Sales BDC team. Our ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, strong communication skills, self-motivation and the ability to multi-task in a busy call center environment.

Earning potential $55K+.

Internet Sales Assistant - Job Responsibilities:

• Create and maintain a positive customer experience
• Communicate with prospective customers via telephone, email and text
• Monitor internet leads, provide timely responses and schedule sales appointments
• Assist customers with vehicle selection
• Achieving daily-weekly and monthly goals and objectives, including making 50 outbound calls daily
• Following up with customer vehicle inquiries efficiently to maximize opportunities

Internet Sales Assistant - Job Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Possess excellent organizational, written and verbal communications skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced call center environment
• Capable of working with a diverse workforce and customer base
• Skilled in problem solving and customer satisfaction
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Ability to hit sales quotas and closing percentages
• Previous Business Development Center (BDC), telemarketing or internet sales experience a plus
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including 2 nights a week and every other Saturday
