MUST BE 21 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER

Inventory Control Clerk will reconcile production inventory usage with work orders, cycle count inventory, organize inventory for ‘first-in / first-out” usage and other inventory related tasks. Keeping production teams on track and accountable for batch records both physical and digital. Will keep inventory boards 100% accurate and up to date.

Job Duties:

• Ability to perform daily review of production paperwork to identify, investigate and correct errors.
• Request and print inventory reports as needed.
• Ability to reconcile counts against inventory reports in all systems.
• Accurate and timely completion and processing of paperwork and data input to support inventory transactions.
• Performs inventory counts per instructions.
• Execute system movements (Mondays, Canix, excel, etc) for all items moved daily, if required.
• Accurately enters adjustments into the system as authorized from own counts, if required.
• Reconcile inventory (FG, WIP and Raw materials) nightly based on the materials used.
• Ability to complete tasks as required and complete appropriate paperwork accurately and in a timely manner.
• Ensure batch record filing is completed daily, if necessary.
• Identify processes / procedures that are not being followed or revised and notify Supervisor/Manager. Work with appropriate parties as directed to correct or improve processes.
• Other duties as assigned.
• Assist in completing all month end, quarterly and yearend inventory audits.
• Work closely with Sales Admin and Fullfilment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
